A female DoorDash driver has been arrested in New York after she allegedly filmed an 'unconscious' male nude customer who she claims assaulted her.
Olivia Henderson, 23, was taken into custody on November 10 after reporting she was sexually assaulted by the unknown customer while dropping off an order on October 12 to a home in Oswego, about 45 minutes from Syracuse.
According to Henderson, who has documented the alleged incident in several TikTok videos, when she arrived at the man's home that day his front door was 'wide open' and he was 'indecently exposed.'
She further stated the customer was 'sleeping on the couch within eyesight of the front door with their pants and underwear pulled down to their ankles.'
The young woman then recorded a video of the naked man and posted it on social media.
On the morning of October 13, Henderson reported she was sexually assaulted during the alleged incident, according to the Oswego Police Department.
But when authorities investigated her claim they found no evidence of sexual assault against her, the department said.
Officers also reviewed the footage she took of the customer, who appeared 'incapacitated and unconscious on his couch due to alcohol consumption,' and determined the clip was taken from the 'exterior' of his home, police told the outlet.

Olivia Henderson, 23, has been arrested and charged after she allegedly posted a video of a nude male DoorDash customer online and claimed the man sexually assaulted her on October 12
Prior to her arrest, Henderson, who last posted on October 26 about the alleged incident, repeatedly claimed she was the 'victim.'
'I was assaulted, I'm the victim. I lost my job, I'm the victim, right? Is this making sense to any f***ing body?,' she said in the clip posted on October 15.
Henderson said she and the customer have since been banned from the food delivery app.
'They didn't even provide me a reason for my deactivation. They're supposed to send an email, they didn't,' she told her followers.
'DoorDash deactivated me. DoorDash punished me for exposing my assaulter, and TikTok is currently punishing me for exposing my story time,' Henderson continued, referring to TikTok reportedly taking down the video she posted of the nude man.
'TikTok is silencing my story,' she said of the app after receiving warnings and 'strikes' on her account following the upload of the video.
The clip, which has resurfaced on other social media sites, showed a man with a hoodie over his head as he laid down on a couch.
The door to the home was left open as he had one arm behind his head and the other near the nude lower part of his body.
When approached by the Daily Mail for comment, a DoorDash spokesperson referred to a statement the company made on October 16.
In it, the delivery service confirmed Henderson took a video of the nude man and shared his 'personal details publicly.'
'No one should ever have to experience sexual assault, harassment, or abuse, and DoorDash never deactivates someone for reporting it - full stop,' the statement read.
'In this case, the Dasher let us know about an experience that made them feel unsafe - and that's exactly what we always want Dashers to do.
'However, posting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our policies. That is the sole reason that this Dasher's account was deactivated, along with the customer's, while we investigated,' it continued.
Henderson has been charged with two felonies, one count of unlawful surveillance in the second degree and one count of dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree, according to police.
She has since been released and was issued a court appearance ticket to return back on December 4.
According to police, the male customer provided a statement and cooperated with police during the investigation.
The department said they are continuing to investigate 'the circumstances surrounding the incident and are in communication with the Oswego County District Attorney's Office regarding the prosecution of these charges.'
The Daily Mail contacted the Oswego Police Department, DoorDash, TikTok, the Oswego County District Attorney's Office and Henderson for comment.
