FAMOUS ILLEGAL MIGRANT WHO SET PROTESTERS ON ICE HAS BEEN DEPORTED TO COLOMBIA TWO MONTHS AFTER SHRIEKING ARREST WAS CAUGHT ON CAMERA

An illegal migrant who rallied protestors to go after ICE agents has been deported to Colombia just two months after her dramatic arrest. Leidy Tatiana Mafla-Martinez was filming inside her Tesla when she was taken into custody in Los Angeles.
The 24-year-old, who also goes by Tatiana Martinez, was known for documenting immigration raids on TikTok - but all of that changed when she was the one who got detained.
Video of her arrest on August 15 showed her refusing to get out of her car and shrieking as several ICE officers took her into custody.
She shrieked 'no, no, no' repeatedly and cried 'wait, wait,' in Spanish as agents ordered her out of the car.
Assistant Secretary of Department of Homeland Security Tricia McLaughlin told the Daily Mail: 'We are happy to report that on October 8, ICE removed Leidy Tatiana Mafla-Martinez, a criminal illegal alien from Colombia who was convicted for driving under the influence in Los Angeles.
'This criminal illegal alien entered the country in 2022 and was RELEASED by the Biden administration.
'Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, if you break the law, you will face the consequences. Criminal illegal aliens are not welcome in the US.'
Another clip from her arrest showed officers lift Martinez out of her electric vehicle and arrest her as she withered on the ground.
'During her arrest, Martinez claimed to experience shortness of breath. She was given proper medical treatment and will be held in ICE custody pending removal proceedings,' McLaughlin said.
Bystanders tried to interfere with her arrest, with one person towing away a government vehicle, DHS said.
'During the arrest, an individual unlawfully towed a government police vehicle. He mocked and videotaped ICE officers chasing after him,' McLaughlin said.
Following her arrest, Carlos Juardo, Martinez's attorney, told KABC she didn't get out of the car because she wanted the officers to show her a warrant.
'The reason she didn't come out is, these are, these are masked men, and they said they had a warrant. She just wanted them to display it, "Show me the warrant," and they never displayed anything,' Juardo recalled.
Her lawyer said the incident happened while she was parked at her apartment building in downtown Los Angeles.
According to Juardo, his client was 'targeted' because she was so vocal online about going after ICE agents.
'We believe, at this point, based on things that have been said to her, is that, because she was out filming ICE activities, she was targeted,' he added.
Juardo said she was transported to a hospital for trauma after the arrest before being moved to a detention center in Calexico - about four hours from LA.
'I've gone out there to visit her. It's about a three-and-a-half, four-hour drive there and back,' Juardo previously said.
'So I went there to visit her. She was really happy to just see someone. I can tell you that I could still see bruises on her body from the arrest.'
Martinez, who has more than 40,000 followers on TikTok, grew her following while posting videos about immigration raids and anti-ICE protests around The Golden State.
Influencers have been speaking up about the ongoing ICE raids, including Bobbi Althoff, who is best known for her deadpan interviews with A-listers on TikTok.
Althoff recently slammed Donald Trump's immigration crackdown after her illegal migrant friend was seized during a raid on a Home Depot.
She criticized ICE for arresting her longtime friend Felix Morales Gomez earlier this month.
The 28-year-old spoke outside an ICE facility in Adelanto, California, where Gomez was being held following his detainment at a Home Depot parking lot.
'I feel very passionately that what's happening right now, especially with immigration, is so wrong,' she said as she waited for Gomez outside the facility.
The influencer, who has more than eight million TikTok followers, said she has been losing fans in recent weeks as she speaks out over immigration issues, but said she would continue because 'I don't want to be on the wrong side of history.'
'I've been told to not speak up on politics if I want to keep making the money that I am making on social media,' she said, per KABC.
