When you think plastic surgery, you think about stars tightening things, lifting things, plumping things, and in general, having procedures done that give them more sex appeal. But these celebrities wanted to reel it in a little in the va-va-voom department. Either that or they did it for health reasons. Here are 17 celebrities who had breast-reduction surgery.

1. Drew Barrymore

Even though Barrymore was a bit of a rebellious vixen type in her younger years, today she is the wholesome, sweet love interest who laughs easily in films. And having a smaller chest apparently fits those roles. The actress had a breast reduction in 2013, going from a size D to a C.

2. Queen Latifah

Citing back pain and difficulty exercising, the rapper had her breasts taken down from an F cup to a DD in 2003. The procedure followed Latifah’s weight loss of 25 pounds.

3. Sharon Osbourne

The famous rocker Ozzy Osbourne’s wife might like to stand out with bright red, spiked hair and elaborate outfits, but in 2012, she bravely gave up one of her most stand-out features: her large breasts. After discovering she carried a breast cancer gene, she underwent a preventative double mastectomy.

4. Star Jones

One of the hosts of “The View” had breast reduction surgery in 2003, right around the time she had gastric bypass surgery, giving her an all-around more svelte appearance.

5. Heidi Montag

After much criticism from the public for her 10 plastic surgery procedures, Heidi Montag called up photographers in 2013 and invited them to photograph her after a breast reduction. She’d had her implants removed, going from an F down to a C cup.

6. Kris Jenner

During the taping of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” Kris Jenner had her 20-year-old breast implants removed. She then let the camera crew follow the process of her getting a new set put in.

7. Robin Quivers

The co-host of the “Howard Stern Show,” Robin Quivers suffered from an overgrowth of breast tissue and in 1990, had a reduction. However, she’s since complained that her breasts have returned to their original size. I hate it when that happens!

8. Patti Stanger

The host of “Millionare Matchmaker” had a breast reduction after gaining 25 pounds filming the show, which took her from a C cup to a DD. She is now back to her original bust size.

9. Kim Fields

The singer and actress got breast implants allegedly to fit a film role in which her character has large fake boobs, but eventually her body could not support the weight of the implants and she had them removed.

10. Soleil Moon Frye

Soleil Moon Frye, like Robin Quivers, suffered from a condition that caused overgrowth of the breast tissue . At age 16, she had her DDs taken down to Cs.

11. Roseanne Barr

Comedian and actress Roseanne Barr underwent breast reduction surgery in 1991, taking her from a 40DD to a 38C. Since she was on the show “Roseanne” at the time, writers wrote in having the actress’ character undergo the same surgery.

12. Patricia Heaton

Everybody’s favorite television mom from “Everybody Loves Raymond” isn’t always in over-sized button up shirts. Wanting to fit into her red carpet gowns, the star admits that she had breast reduction surgery plus a tummy tuck after having her four C-sections.

13. Loni Anderson

The actress who’s played Jayne Mansfield and starred on “WKRP in Cincinnati” has had two breast reduction surgeries: the first when she was just 26 years old. Anderson has said that at the age of 14, she was a cup size 37D, but today feels more in proportion.

14. Janeane Garofalo

Standing at just 5’1”, comedian Garofalo used to be a cup size 36C. She’s said in an interview that she knew people would have a hard time focusing on her act when she had such a large chest.

15. Marie Osmond

Singer and actress Marie Osmond told the hosts of “The Talk” that she had breast reduction surgery in her 20’s—taking her down from an E cup. She’s said that when she performed in “The Sound of Music” all people could talk about were her large breasts.

Lingerie model Katie Price felt her 32G implants were too large and went down to a 32F. Still feeling those were too big, as soon as she could go back under the knife, Price had her implants taken down to a 32C.

17. Jordan Ladd

The horror film star who appeared in “Cabin Fever,” “Death Proof,” and “Grindhouse” had breast reduction surgery when she was just a teen. Sources say this wasn’t for medical reasons, but rather Ladd believed her breasts made her look larger than she was.
